4 April 2014Firm footing: Piling has begun at the Tuam Street site of the future 44-unit "Ramada Suites" multiplex.
Smith Civil Engineering are tasked with the installation of 45 x 300NB screw piles to a depth in excess of 24m.
Located at 264-266 Tuam Street (Christchurch), Ramada Suites promises a fully-managed boutique 4-star development, and is being constructed by Safari Group (NZ) Ltd. It will have a mixture of studios, one and two-bedroom units, car parks, an office, reception area, common storage areas, 4 penthouse residential apartments and a café.
