Smith Crane and Construction have been directly involved with minor and major residential and commercial building repairs. We have invested heavily in purpose-built building repairs and jacking systems including a pioneered high-lifting jacking plant which is designed to speed up the process and reduce costs of building foundation repair.

We have also been directly involved with some insurance companies to carry out feasibility studies to assess remedial methods and pricing for building repair.
