- Innovative design idea created
- Cost and time related savings assessed
- Variation Order forwarded to client for approval
- Methodology and construction program created should the design be approved
- Preliminary sketches and design produced and forwarded to engineer
- Engineering carried out and signed off
- For approval issue drawings completed and forwarded to client
- Amendments/improvements made (if required)
- Drawings signed off by client
- Manufacture/construction of design
