Managing Director:
Tim Smith, Trade Certificate
Tim has 15 years' civil engineering experience gained in both New Zealand and overseas. Tim will conduct a meeting at the beginning of each month with his various managers to discuss various aspects of ongoing projects namely:
- Programme
- Budget forecasts
- Plant requirements
- Labour requirements
- Health & Safety
If and when required, additional resources and labour are assigned to assist in meeting programme deadlines.
The Contract Manager is responsible for:
- Communications with the clients representative
- Public Relations
- Correspondence
- Documentation Control
- Programming
- Preparation and implementation of Quality, Safety and Health and Environmental Management Plans
- Timely mobilisation of all resources
- Temporary works planning and design
- Site design work
- Supervision of production
- Supervision and implementation of Quality, Safety and health and Environmental Management Plans
- Job costing
- Reporting
- Selection, supervision and expediting of subcontractors and suppliers
Siteworks Manager:
The Siteworks Manager will be responsible for ensuring the work is constructed in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Direction of personnel and equipment, plus all on site administration, Health and Safety, and Quality Control are also responsibilities.
Design Engineer:
Is engaged on a contract basis to provide structural design and methodology advice as and when required.
Structural Draughtsman:
Like the design engineer the structural draughtsman is engaged as and when required to provide detailed structural drawings utilising computer drafting packages.
