Bespoke Precast Panels go up at Lake Benmore

Our Precast team is hard at work installing 72 precast panels across a 930m² architectural home at Lake Benmore. The build features bespoke horizontal timber finishes, requiring alignment over variable foundation heights, and a mix of standard and Thermomass panels.

Despite freezing temperatures down to -8°C, SCC delivered a full service solution - from manufacturing through to delivery and on-site installation using our Liebherr LTM1130-5.1 and Grove GMK5110-1 mobile cranes to get the job done.
