Stage One of Demolition Complete in Rangiora

Our Civil team has successfully completed the first stage of the demolition of the Ready Mix plant at the Allied site in Southbrook, Rangiora. 🏗️

This project was a special one for us, with Managing Director Tim Smith’s father, John Smith, having originally built the plant back in 1978 before it was sold to Allied Concrete in 1986.

A tricky cut-and-crane job, especially without exact weights of the structures - but as always, the team got the job done safely using our GTC700EX 70t telescopic boom Crawler Crane.

Awesome work from Scott and Rod in our Civil team, leading the charge and keeping health and safety at the forefront throughout the project. Thanks also to our valued client, Allied Concrete.
