Loco’s Arrive at Lyttleton Port

Two brand-new Kiwi Rail DM class locomotives recently arrived at Lyttleton Port.

Our Demag Terex AC350-6 (350t) mobile crane, operated by Bill Palmer, and Grove GMK5220 (220t) mobile crane, operated by Tim Rhodes, safely lifted the loco's weighing 108t each with precision and teamwork.

A big shoutout to the wider team including; Rigger - Nick King-Turner, Lift Supervisor - Grant Harkess (Yogi), and the transport team — Mark Thompson and Tim McGarry for another job well done.
