LR11000 gets ready for Kaiwaikawe Wind Farm in 2026

Great to have the Mercury NZ team visit our new Liebherr LR11000 Crawler Crane in Tauranga ahead of the Kaiwaikawe Wind Farm Project. 🏗️
Located near Dargaville, the project will feature 12 turbines generating up to 77MW of renewable energy, and will be the highest turbines in New Zealand with a hub height of 125m.

Big thanks to Port of Tauranga for their assistance with the commissioning and storage of this crane.
